Talent is the Key, Attitude is the Driving Force

I just attended our Cooperative's Management Committee Meeting today. And before I went out from the Board’s room, I overheard one colleague saying: "Talent is the Key but Attitude is the Driving Force!"

Astonished, I turned around and darted back straight to him and I said: "What? You were saying about talent...?"

And I spent some couples of minutes with him.

True enough, Talent might be the Key but Attitude is the Driving Force.

All of us have talent, or, perhaps multiple talents. But, the questions are:

1. Do we know we have talent/s?
2. Do we recognize these talents?
3. Are we using these talents for our good?

These questions lead us to examine our MINDSETS. Examining our MINDSETS brings us to determining our ATTITUDES. ATTITUDE leads us to recognizing our TALENTS and prods us to put these talents to good use. Hence, ATTITUDE is the DRIVING FORCE of TALENT.

Now, psychologically, we are ready. We have correct MINDSETS, correct ATTITUDES and a bountiful of TALENTS.

Then, it is high time to set GOALS. Goals are set of things we wish to be or to become or to have.

We need all of the above IDEAS, if we are serious to use our TALENTS in any endeavor we wish to do like blogging or putting up some businesses.

So we are going deeper, huh?
